We Had a Blast in 2007!

Herriman City was the place to be last year for great entertainment!  With three brand-new musicals, the community was alive with bright lights, dazzling performers, and memorable music.

The talent started budding at the 5th Annual Talent and Art Show in February. Then students in Grades 7-9 premiered the zany comedy "Once Upon a Thyme" in May. The charisma continued to grow as over 100 youth from ages 5-12 whisked us around the world in "A Night of Folk Tales".  And the crowning blossom for the year was "Night at the Library", with a witty and heart-warming story wrapped around everyone's favorite Broadway songs.

Add in a touch of Halloween High Jinks and Christmas Carols in the snow, and you have a beautiful bouquet of Herriman's arts and entertainment offerings for 2007.

Once Upon a Thyme

May 2007

This full-length musical immerses you in a world of 17th century romantic mayhem. King Rowland and his wife are advancing in years and need to see their son choose a bride of nobility before their evil cousin, Lord Witherall, snatches the throne. The only problem is that their son, Prince Florian, would rather be the Royal Gardener than the next king! A delightful show full of beautiful songs, memorable characters, and hearty laughs.
